I was not seen until the Hour had passed by, came in for a soar throat. Dr lasted 2 min with me. Waste of time.

Completely useless they take your money then don’t help you even if the problem is so simple to resolve like a embedded piercing because it’s to dangerous to take out at a hospital how does that make sense then offer more “professional help” to take more of your money if you had the same problem as me, I suggest going to valley health team they could definitely take out the piercings and they don’t up charge you or bullshit you.

Update 11/15/2024 I came for a dental procedure today and again, I was welcomed and greeted with the most wonderful smile, attitude, and courtesy. It's rare to walk in to on office and meet receptionist as Elizabeth here at United Health Center in the Dental Department. 5/5 Because Liz is a beautiful representation of what an office should feel like when one walks in. Great staff, great management, and the wait is worth it because the Dr gives his full attention to the patient. The office provides very comfortable furniture.
