I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. From the front receptionist to the back office staff, the customer service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. One staff member in particular was especially rude and made the visit very uncomfortable.the women in right side with glass . I also felt that the dental care was rushed. I'm still waiting for my pain management referral after 3 months. Can't get pain meds prescribed from doctor's office, except for OTC NSAIDS, which don't treat my condition. Have been in agonizing pain for months and nothing is being done. Called the referrals department, and was told to just keep waiting. My quality of life is lowering by the day while I wait for some actual progress.

Red head receptionist (unsure of her name) is didn't really provide much help for new patients and seemed rude. Also, the office needs clearer signs on which desk is for which service to check in at. It's not clear that dental is off to the side.

I had not good experience with front end workers they seems like not good only one good is Elizabeth Alvarez she is very good and helping worker she call me help me while other one ignoring me I wish they give her raise😊
