I would give negative stars if I could. Over an hour wait seems regular state of affairs even with an appointment. Problem seems to be front office staff being inattentive, uncaring and in one case extremely rude. The doctors were pleasant to work with. On one appointment I was sick was having to wait in the lobby for over an hour so I asked if I could sit in my car and get a call when my appointment was ready due to mental health issues and forgetting my headphones. Lady at front desk was extremely rude. Told me I skipped a step so she needs to fill my paperwork out again? They made me the appointment over the phone. How did I skip a step??? Waited an hour for my appointment & when I asked when I might be seen she said that she doesn’t know. Just wanted a simple TB test. Thank you for wasting my time. Hire New people the Mexican older lady with red hair was extremely rude and uninviting. All because she doesn’t want to do her job.
Dr Martin is amazing. He listens and cares about you and get it right the first time. The STAFF is the best. They help you with any of your needs
