Easy to get into, but not the best care you can get
I absolutely love this location, I was instantly greeted when I walked in. The check in process was smooth, they are very talkative to the other patients, it felt very warm and welcoming. Once I went to the back my nurse was very kind and understanding they listen to me. I also got me a primary doctor that’s very compassionate. Have gotten some of the best medical care from UHC. I don't understand why some people complain. I think they must have very little respect for the doctor to begin with. All my referrals have been approved, and procedures have been carried out timely. The only time I have had issue, was with a podiatrist on the Clovis community hospital grounds. I recommend UHC, including dental care to anyone open to accept.
