On valentines day and have to come back because my teeth was infected. I was waiting in the room for more then 1hour . Hear the nurse and assistant was goofing around and talk very loudly. I am trying to get out of here and still waiting on doctors. So I decided to get out of the room and go check and ask questions didnt they forgot about me ? Why it so long? Both online and signs everywhere inside the clinic advertise urgent care starting at 8:30 in the morning but then they say it starts till 12:00pm. False advertisement. We drove there and then had to drive to another urgent care, they just made us waste our time.
Dr. Amarbir Sandhu is great, differently recommend him
This is the worst place for healthcare. The optometry department are plain lazy people. I went in a month ago for vision check and contacts. The doctor said it should be 2 weeks for contact to come in...its been 1 month. I went in the office to check and the front desk basically ignor you and said it would take over a month for contacts to be ordered. Waste of time ... and she would even take my name to check.
