Are your call centers based in India? Not that I have anything personally against India but I've had several chat conversations with people that have names that don't seem to be American that keep assuring me that my Ucard was sent to me at the mailing address that I was allowed to update in your app. After they saw the Ucard was sent to the mailing address on my account then the app says my mailing address is incorrect. They didn't sell me an insurance policy but Tammy helped me understand my coverage and that the policy I had was the right one for me and why. I get nowhere when I try to talk to the United Healthcare customer service people, I was glad there was someone local who was able to help me.
