Life gives us a lot of bumps in the road. Being the older generation it’s really hard to navigate the pot holes. John Williams has been an amazing tool in this journey. He has went over and above to help the wife and me to get through these obstacles that we were not able to take care of by are self.
Are your call centers based in India? Not that I have anything personally against India but I've had several chat conversations with people that have names that don't seem to be American that keep assuring me that my Ucard was sent to me at the mailing address that I was allowed to update in your app. After they saw the Ucard was sent to the mailing address on my account then the app says my mailing address is incorrect.
