Horrible. Worse than unprofessional. Lazy. Rude. Uninterested in doing things correctly.....almost as if they have never don't this stuff before.
DO NOT USE!!!! Very unprofessional, its been 3 weeks dealing with this clown Gary. He can not do his job correctly. Asked for a review before he did any work. Couldn't get me insured because of some lame excuse and wont man up to explain why. Coward hangs up the phone when I call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD THIS GUY NAME GARY IS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I DONT KNOW HOW SOMEBODY CAN HIRE SUCH A DISRESPECTFUL PERSON, 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU DONT LIKE WORKING WITH PEOPLE DONT WORK. JUST BY ANSWERING THE PHONE YOU SUCK.
I am not one to leave a review for anything but these people have frustrated me for months , I even closed the account and they are still withdrawing money from my credit card, no one answers my calls any more! Save your self and stay away from them, I have never benefited ant thing from them except I keep paying for a service I will never receive!
