I had gone in asking for a long bob & layers, I left with neither. My hair was deemed done with no layers cut into my hair, my angle being cut as a wave & one half of my head being at least an inch longer than the other half. My regular part was not taken into account & my hair was unnecissarily flat ironed without asking me if I was fine with that before doing so. I had to go someplace else to fix my hair afterwards. The folks themselves were incredibly nice, but my hair was not after leaving here.
I am beyond impressed with Chyanne and the job she did with my hair!! I highly recommend her for any of your hair needs!!!
