They don't do anything to upgrade their Parkstead Apartments. They will charge you for everything. And yet they increase your rent 5% every year. Owned by another greedy faceless corp. Renters beware. *EDIT* I notified Management and local police that a window was unsecure and wouldn't lock. 24hrs later they STILL hadn't fixed the window.
