I've been printing with UGI for many years. Excellent price and quality, friendly service. No complaints!
Unreliable and arrogant. These words describe what United Graphics has now become. I first contracted with UGI in 2009, and I found it to be timely and honest. My most recent experience with them has proven how this company has lost its way. I was told by a customer service representative named Abell that 575 books would be shipped the first Thursday in June for next-day delivery. I even paid money to have this shipment guaranteed.
