I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid the same mistake. In short: if your marble cracks when United Granite drills the faucet holes, you’ll be stuck with a damaged stone. Four months ago, when they installed my countertops, a visible crack appeared as the faucet holes were drilled on site. I immediately reported it while the techs were still present and followed up with photos.
