They foisted on us a crappy installation of premium quartz countertops Wednesday 8 Aug. Two of five surfaces were not level. Two others were not cut per drawings. The effort to install one of the latter two put dents in our new sink. Our contractor tried to get their rep to come out to see this shoddy work. He first had something set up for Friday 10 August. Their rep delayed until Tuesday 14 August, again delayed until Wednesday 15 August, and yet again until Thursday 16 August. And yes, their rep again ducked the meeting. ... read more
