Beware of United Global Logistics. Initially, they requested a deposit, but things took a turn when they attempted to add an extra $150 to the service charges. When I reached out to request a refund, they surprised me with a $200 cancellation fee, even though the service they provided didn't align with the initially quoted price. My experience with them has left me frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and explore alternative logistics options.
don’t mess with them, they are scammers, they even threatened me, don’t waste your time….
They were so professional and counties dealing with my US custom clearances for imports from South Asia and very reasonably priced….
