Much better office visit than my first one in January. Front office girl was much more kind/friendly, better customer service. First person I saw when I came in January, was very rude & uncaring & not front office savvy at all.
Although my visit was brief, she was gracious and answered all my questions.
My visit at United’s Los Alamitos facility was excellent as usual, from the front desk to the clinical practitioners.
