Staff is polite, attentive
As a first time patient visit , upon arrival you had to fill 7-8 pages of questionnaire forms . and it took time to fill out. I would of preferred the office staff offered the "Online" questionnaire forms a few days before arriving at the doctors office appt. Besides that, the staff was friendly and the P.A.!
Very professional staff. My procedure was over before I even knew it.
