Rami answered my call right away and stopped by to fix a broken garage spring within about 30 minutes. He is very kind and patient, and was able to solve the problem quickly. He also discovered another issue which could’ve resulted in a large and potentially dangerous problem, and was able to remedy that as well. I could tell he has a passion for what he does and provides great customer service. Highly recommended!
After paying in full, they delayed the installation date by another week. No apology, no compensation, just excuses.
The door makes a grinding sound every time it opens. Their technician said it’s normal, but it clearly isn’t. The noise is unbearable.
