The guy here is super rude, disrespectful and using bad language because he doesn’t have space to unload at the moment,I told him it’s not my fault, I have an appointment today

Rick works hard. He answers his phone quickly. He responds to his emails promptly and in detail. His prices are fair. He knows how to run his business properly. Nonetheless, ultimately I had a bad experience working with Rick. I feel that he acted in a heavy-handed manner that might have been slightly unethical which, of course, left a bad taste in my mouth.
