Customer service there is absolutely garbage, Willcall wait times are outrageous most of the times, material is almost always damaged when stored there (specifically vinyl plank) and nothing gets done because the owner, Nick, knows there’s no competition in the valley so why change if people still use them. Can’t wait for the day another company comes along that actually cares about its customers
Been dealing with United freight for almost 20 years now... Always great service and speedy pickups.. organized and very well ran
