I'm really happy with our current union rep (Mercadies). We've been through a few reps in the last 4 years, and she is wonderful! She is very attentive to our needs and makes sure she continues to communicate with us! She listens to what issues we are experiencing and makes sure to address them promotly! She goes out of her way to introduce herself when she hasn't met you yet before! I truly hope she stays with us at my location!

Mercedes was amazing. I realized I had not received my second pay increase per the new contract. She handled it in less than a week. My pay was corrected immediately. I’m so grateful for reps like Mercedes who see a concern and solve it. Thank you UFCW 367!!

I went to the herbal gardens the other day. When I arrived there was a bunch of people picketing outside none of which were very nice people. Seemed to me they want to make money for themselves and not help the people they say they are trying to help. I would not recommend this company.

I was there to pick up the buttons and flyers for the union workers that are trying to get better staffing better hours. Their shifts are staggered in so many different ways. It's hard to make arrangements for babysitting or make appointments. They're not guaranteed 40 hours a week. They're usually on skeleton crews. If someone calls in sick. No one has called in the back them up and it hurts not only the employees but the customers that come in. So if anybody is Union strong please support this Union UFCW local 367 and it'... read more
