I like dealing with these guys - they have nice product and knowledgeable salespeople (Justin has been great and helped me a few times.) Regarding returns for United Floors, they have a restrictive return policy. I purchased what I thought was a standard vinyl flooring choice. It turns out I had ample left from the first batch that I ordered from them. When i tried to return the 2nd batch unopened they said it was a different dye lot, therefor not returnable. United floors in Courtenay did a wonderful job of removing old carpet and engineered hardwood floors and replacing throughout with beautiful white oak engineered hardwood. They completed the work on time and under the quoted price. Excellent transitions between hardwood and tile floors. They did the cutting outside so there was very little dust in the house. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our experience at United Carpet. Tony was great at guiding us in our choice of Canadian carpet - so happy with the result! Jeremy was wonderful with the removal of the old, and install of the new - very efficient. Everyone at the store has been lovely to deal with!
