We had a great experience purchasing our engineered hardwood flooring from United Floors. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. Excellent service from start to finish, and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring.
Thanks so much to Justin for all his help and patience. He had the difficult job of dealing with one person who hates anything that looks remotely like oak and another who is quite particular. He was great through the whole process, showed us lots of different options, gave good advice, and somehow managed to keep everyone happy. He made the whole experience easy, smooth and friendly. Really appreciated all his help and would definitely recommend him!
Needed an urgent replacement of carpet with smooth flooring in preparation for a return from hospital. The team pulled a miracle and helped me find the right floor, ensured everything was in stock, and had an installer finish the job within a week. Amazing work. Perfect install. Absolutely recommended.

What a great experience. I went to United Floors in Courtenay not quite knowing the product we needed to re-floor our motor home. Justin showed me several options, explained the need to allow for the flexing of the floors during travel, and what products would work best in our situation.
