Justin, Tony, and their team were super helpful in finding the perfect new flooring for our home! They explained every step along the way, worked really hard, and did a great job. Not only were they exactly on schedule despite some unforseen challenges, but they came in under quote. I can't recommend them enough!

I like dealing with these guys - they have nice product and knowledgeable salespeople (Justin has been great and helped me a few times.) Regarding returns for United Floors, they have a restrictive return policy. I purchased what I thought was a standard vinyl flooring choice. It turns out I had ample left from the first batch that I ordered from them. When i tried to return the 2nd batch unopened they said it was a different dye lot, therefor not returnable. United floors in Courtenay did a wonderful job of removing old carpet and engineered hardwood floors and replacing throughout with beautiful white oak engineered hardwood. They completed the work on time and under the quoted price. Excellent transitions between hardwood and tile floors. They did the cutting outside so there was very little dust in the house. Highly recommend.
