Quiet town but perfect training facilities with everything required to get your fitness goals achieved. The owner Sean is a really chill guy who helps everyone in the gym. He's easy to speak too and is an all round understandable and helpful owner. Ive been at this gym for a couple of years now on and off tried city gyms when i moved for a while. Great Gym with a big variety of machines and free weights. It’s very clean and well maintained. Staff also very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely recommend if busing or working in Bega.

I visited for a day and was like a kid in a lolly store with the variety of machines and large weight ranges, although the day pass was a bit expensive.

These people are so lovely, so helpful and the gymn is very well set up..highly recommend if travelling and need to go to the gymn as a traveller.

Great gym! Only visiting the gym while on holidays and very impressed. Great set up with everything you need. We were helped out by a lovely staff member also
