I've been going to United CrossFit for a little over two months now, and I can honestly say it's been a life-changing experience. The coaches are absolutely incredible – knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing me to be my best. Beyond the amazing workouts, I've made some great friends, which has made the whole experience even more enjoyable. This place is great. Great coaches and great community. You do not need to be a beast to workout here. Everyone is encouraged to do their best without comparison to others. I get the most encouragement from those who are capable of doing so much more than me.

United CrossFit is an incredible gym! The coaches are highly knowledgeable and do a great job of breaking down each movement to ensure you’re building strength safely, rather than reinforcing bad habits. The gym is super inclusive, with a welcoming community that is both kind and supportive. I also love the flexibility of class times, making it easy to fit workouts into a busy schedule. If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes proper form, personal growth, and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend United CrossFit!
