Old school with plates, dumbbells, and attachments everywhere and every machine you could want! I had back and bi's today, - had everything I wanted/needed (and a few extra)!
Eric Johnathan was super nice and very helpful for my first time visit.
Should have taken the advice of people saying their contracts weren’t cancelled at their request. I’ve been trying to get my membership cancelled for months now and the owner has said that since it’s a small gym they need all the revenue they can get. Don’t go here unless you plan on using the gym forever ✌️
Great old school equipment
Management was responsive and helpful when I called about a day pass. I got a quick tour of the facilities. A lot of equipment and clean. I will definitely pay them another visit next time im in town.
