This place checks all the boxes! I'm an outdoor person and gyms are intimidating. When the doctor said to this senior citizen, walking 2 miles/day is not going to be enough and that strength training is paramount, I needed to heed. I see pride/respect in the eyes of fellow members, equipments are wiped clean after used, staff members exceptional. You know you're at a great environment.

The staff are all very friendly. Whenever I have a question or need help, they respond right away. The gym is well organized and has plenty of equipment for bodyweight workouts. The facility is also very clean. I often see parents and kids coming here to work out together, which creates a really positive atmosphere. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this gym and highly recommend it.

I have worked out at a lot of gyms and this is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly, it is clean and the equipment is kept in working order. Whether you are looking for a gym for yourself or a place for your child athlete to train, United Fitness is a great place for you and your family to stay fit.

My current gym. Staff is friendly, its clean, they take care of the equipment and the sauna almost always works. Its small and the equipment selection is not huge but that is not a big deal for me.
