Nicci is by far the best and we would recommend her to everybody. We were fortunate to have her working for us mind-boggling performance very hyper very aware very detailed assertive and proactive the whole crew but Nicci was beyond a five so we will verbally give her a 10 your scale 0 to 5 is not good enough.
We worked with Nicci on getting our loan going. We asked a lot of questions, even the same question multiple times and she was happy to answer them all. She was helpful at all times, as our time zone was an hour ahead of hers and sometimes needed to reach out an hour or two after work. She moved very fast with the process, and I will say that did freak us out a bit, but I'm sure it was just our nerves as we were buying our first home.
