Absolutely horrible. If you are trying to get ahold of them, you can’t unless you call up there 3 times a day. They take forever to respond to anything and to “investigate” you claim. I sent in a dash cam video of my accident along with all corresponding documents and they have been under investigation for 2 weeks.. They told me that they won’t pay for the tow truck since a decision has not been made and also that they don’t pay for storage fees for my vehicle.
