Very friendly and helpful staff, and the only place in the area I could find who could refill my 10lb CO² tank, and can recertify it when the time comes. I had to work hard to restrain myself from buying anything else Will definitely be back!

I worked at United fire Equipment briefly from January -March, when I first started there was NO structural training. The trainer, Robyn, I was supposed to sit side by side with had a horrible attitude and made it very hostile work environment. I reported this 2 weeks within me working there to HR and multiple times after that Robyn who was Lead scheduler was making it difficult to learn the job. Went to united fire to buy some fire extinguisher as the come recommended. The staff was very friendly and got my order taken care of very quickly. Love doing business with a great company.
Called for an inspection, pressed 2 for scheduling. Phone was answered by a very diminutive voice that just said 'Hello?'. I had to ask if it was United Fire. Number one, you just lost my confidence. Then I asked for an inspection, was told they would be in our area tomorrow. Great! Oops, that isn't the kitchen hood inspector. OK, no problem.
