I am not a customer of this company, but I had a concerning experience with a repossession agent they sent to my property. The agent came to my home looking for a vehicle that was not located there. I clearly informed him that this is private property, that I am not the borrower, and that the vehicle was not present. Despite that, he spoke over me, became increasingly aggressive, and stated he would return daily. Love this place. Been doing business with them for about 5 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. Always friendly and helpful. Just visited the office and Cassie is amazing as always! New Guy Dean is friendly and a good addition to this team. Thank you for everything! If they would open an office on the Kitsap peninsula they would be perfect.
