Had a contractor fix my roof. UFF has delayed endorsing the insurance check so the contractor can get paid. Called customer service numerous times. I get different stories or transferred every time I call. Why is it so hard for UFF to endorse a check. The work to the home is complete.
they were hired to do an appraisal for us. couple days later it was cancelled but they will neither return my calls or refund my money and its been almost 6 weeks!! lawyer and sba are my next calls

The most pathetic customer service ever. Minimum time to get back to you - THIRTY (30) days. DO NOT EVER consider this company when getting mortgage loan (new or refinance). Save yourself lots of headaches.
Worst experience with a lender I have ever had. My refinance took over two months to complete. There was hardly any communication and what we had was all over the place. Paperwork and numbers were always contradicting each other with zero explanation. Nobody wants to take responsibility for any mistakes. Even three months after closing I'm still dealing with problems as my homeowners insurance almost lapsed because nobody plugged in the correct information. Save yourself a headache and use somebody else!
Horrible loan process. My mrtg agent, whom I never even met, screwed up again and again. And I never once was told, "thank you" for anything. Will definitely steer clear and street anyone else clear of this fiasco inducing co..
This is a company that works hard for clients. When issues do arise they are committed to working through the issue if there's any possible resolution in order to put buyer and seller in best position rather than back at square zero. I've seen them work with clients for long periods of time to prepare them for home buying. :)
