If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst and most unprofessional mortgage lender I’ve ever worked with. It has taken nearly 2 months to close on this house and we’ve had to reschedule closing FOUR times due to UFF not sending the paperwork to title company. They all make excuses, no one accepts responsibility and communication is AWFUL! Please do yourself a favor and use a different mortgage lender!
