Fence is ok, but installers created large fire. Our property abuts dimple dell park. Tall cheat grass and extreme fire danger. Installers were using a grinder to cut posts without any significant fire protection or suppression capabilities. Large fire thwarted withheld of neighbors work staff and fire extinguishers and fire department. Asked installers to be better prepared when finishing next day. No further preparedness next day. If you need a quote from united make sure it's not Steven Novelli, I was trying to give him an idea of what modifications and additions to our fence. I was attempting to show him where we wanted the gate, he made the comment that it was possible we could not have it where we want it if there was a rock in the way, when I asked him if a rock was a problem than how do you get the posts at even distances apart? This company does not deserve even a 1 star. Steven Novelli stopped by to give my husband and I a qoute. He started of professional until he got annoyed by our questions. We were seeking understanding and we were also bouncing ideas off him for one section of the fence. When we started talking about the gate part of the fence is when Steven walked off pretty much yelling at us to use another company. Steve was great to work with. He was easy to get ahold of, answered all my questions, and made the whole process simple. Everything went smoothly and I really appreciated how helpful he was the whole time. Definitely recommend working with him.
