The facility is nice and appears newly updated, but the service experience was disappointing. What should have been a straightforward auto refinance process became unnecessarily complicated, and there seemed to be issues or confusion with their credit-pulling software. We took our business elsewhere.
Dodge this place at all cost if you’re looking for a construction loan. Absolutely the worst process in the entire organization! I would never do business with this bank again, after this process is complete. Several other banks out there, definitely shop around before you saddle up with this one!
