I recently went to UFCU to inquire about an auto loan, and I am so glad I did! I knew what the dealership was offering me (which was outrageous), already had a quote from another credit union, and was basically ready to finalize the loan when someone told me about UFCU and their super stellar auto loan rates. The facility is nice and appears newly updated, but the service experience was disappointing. What should have been a straightforward auto refinance process became unnecessarily complicated, and there seemed to be issues or confusion with their credit-pulling software. We took our business elsewhere.
