Previously held a mortgage with UFCU with no issues, so we chose them for a business money market account. Unfortunately, we were assigned to an employee at the H'ville South location who did not perform his job well. It took several weeks of back and forth to get the account open, then we found out months later he didn't set it up properly, which cost us monthly fees he said would be waived for 12 months.
