I had some checks for a very large amount. Two tellers plus the bank manager were so helpful they worked endlessly to get them cleared. You guy's rock.Jayla Kathy & Jay the manager.

My elderly mother has been a member with United for many years & seeing that I do alot of transactions for her, I can say that I have NEVER encountered a rude teller or anyone in customer service & Jayla at the Benton Harbor Napier Ave location is exceptional. She is always so friendly & she goes the extra mile to make sure she has taken care of all your concerns & thats truly appreciated by myself & my 88 yr old mother....Thank you for having a great staff!!
This afternoon a I spoke with a lady Named Natasha. Natasha was exceedingly rude to me on the phone, I even tried letting her know I need her to tone it down and that she was incredibly rude to me. I let her know she was increasing my heart rate with her tone. I was calling to let them know about my accounts balance and what arrangements I would have to make as well that the was a transaction made on my account that I had no idea why it was made or how.
