What a great selection of home to choose from and friendly staff to show us around. We fell in love with several models now looking for land to put them on. Tons of upgrades to choose from.

She made sure everything was perfect, from cleaning to minor repairs needed after the delivery and set up. We bought our retirement home from United Family Homes in in Nampa, in January 2024. Calvin, Corwin, Amanda and staff did a wonderful job in helping us buy, plan for the foundation and get the home installed on our property, In the winter months in Nampa! We were in our home the first of May. We love our house. The quality is great, the layout is just right. We are so glad we went with Kit homes through United Family Homes. They have been very responsive for service and any help we needed. We highly recommend them.
In the summer of 2023 I met Calvin at United Family Homes and discussed with him my plan to buy one of their homes. Later that fall we met with Corwin and ordered the home with the options we wanted.
