When they went virtual they became impossible to get ahold of- which in our case was really necessary for a time. Then they ultimately stood up my daughter for an appt we were supposed to have where we waited for over 40 minutes and no one showed. Really disappointing in an area that we can’t get enough of this care and y’all are letting your patients down.
The more I get to know what they do the more I appreciate them.
I just met with Liz Vossenkemper for a telehealth follow up appointment today. She is so dedicated to helping families with neurodivergent children. I am so grateful we found Liz, as she has helped us navigate unique challenges with curiosity, care and compassion. I recommend Liz to anyone I meet who has children with similar experiences. We love Liz Vossenkemper. She’s an advocate that the neurodivergent community needs so much in the Tri-Cities. She listens and is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend her.
To start , I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody who is not insured. I was seeing Larson here but it seemed like he was more interested in having me see him more often than was necessary just to burn a hole in my wallet. No consideration at all for someone in my shoes. The understanding from that notion helped me more than the services did in the end. And they also inconvenienced me by having a phone number on their business card which seemed to have been disconnected so cancelling/changing appointments was impossible ... read more
