Please avoid this place. During my eyebrow threading session, the technician caused a skin abrasion that left me with visible damage and discomfort. When I raised my concern, it was not handled with the professionalism or care I expected. I do not feel safe returning here and urge others to be cautious.

I’ve been here more than five times and usually had a good experience with Shraddha , but this time I was really disappointed(A different lady did it). I got an upper lip wax, and without cleaning off the leftover wax, she started threading—which ended up tearing my skin and it was burning. When I mentioned it, they just said it happened because my skin is sensitive. I get that mistakes can happen, but I really wish they had just acknowledged it instead of brushing it off.
