This is the worst mortgage company ever. High Interest rates. Never purchase any property with the Retreat. Everything is a scam.
Scammer! They will get you locked in to their highest rate because you have no option to refinance.
I'm trying to refinance my house, and trying to get some kind of statement or refinance certificate from them. Two days been on hold for 2 hours, and send multiple emails. Nobody answers, they dont have a website. I should just stop making payments, maybe THEN someone will reply. This is ridiculous!
High-interest rates and terrible customers service. No business hours or website even a local nail place has a website. SMH... This company does not print or send out monthly statement you have to call them every month if you need your statement. Sad!!
