This company is sooooo trash. Do not I repeat do NOT do business with them! They give u the run around and are very unprofessional. You can never get in contact with anyone and they cancel your policy for stupid reasons. I was cancelled and still have no clue as to why I was cancelled. This place just takes your money but then when it’s time to cover someone’s claim you never hear from them again. I literally had to call them every day just to keep hearing my claim is under review. This company should be out of business. They are in the business of denying claims and they are getting rich with the people’s money Keeping it all. Keeping both the premiums and the claims payouts because they decline all the claims they can for the dumbest reasons. ( such as, we Can’t get a hold of our client or our clients are not returning their claim documents ) excuses , excuses and more excuses to not pay our claims. This is the worst company to ever do Business with do not use them they will do nothing for you but give you the run around for months from day 1 if you make the mistake an sign with this company get your lawyer ready they towed my car the day of the accident followed all there guide lines an they still fighting them to make good on there in. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life ! My alley flooded I had to drive through to get to the parking. The car stopped in the middle of the puddle. They denied my claim saying there was no proof of water inside my vehicle. Not sure what that has to do with anything. I sent in proof from two repair shops saying water got into the trans and TCM. A manager named ANTONIO HERNANDEZ told me the water damage was proved but now I have to prove I wasn’t working for Uber. I did that and now I can’t get ... read more

This is THE WORST Insurance company EVER. I got into an accident in September, got rear ended! They came and got my car on the 17th (first red flag) why do you have to come get my car and take it to a garage to inspect it? Gave me the run around for MONTHS. I got in touch with ANAIS twice and each time they sent me documents to fill out and sign I did so immediately and sent them back. I never even heard from MARC MCEWING the actual claims adjuster. This company has the absolute worst customer service that I've ever experienced. My grandson's car was totaled and we sent in the notarized letter and title as they instructed over two weeks ago. After not receiving the settlement check, we called them to see what was going on. When we finally reached a live person, who begrudgingly looked up our claim number, we were told they never received the title and we needed to speak with the adjuster, Krystal Gomez. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! My vehicle was parked in front of my house & was hit by an unknown person on July 26th. I should’ve read the reviews on this company before I got insurance with them. I was told that my vehicle would be towed within 24 hours & it wasn’t towed until 72 hours later.
