Wife was involed with one of the drivers insured by united equitable. been 96 days since claim has been filed and no determination if they will repair or total my car . been calling several times a week, leaving voice mails for months.. not one call back from Laura Martinez x5315 or Athena x 5444. accident was in october it is now the end of january, filled out report took car for estimate and nothing since. Terrible insurance not sure how they are still legally able to provide "insurance" so far they haven't paid a dime.
Was hit by one of their driver's. Filled out all of my paper work and they have the police report. Their driver refused to comply and give a statement. Laura Martinez and Athena never returned a single call. Then after 90 days when I called and spoke to someone at the call center they told me that their company policy is not to pay any victims of their drivers when they don't have a statement from their driver, even after the 90 day limit.
