Was hit by one of their driver's. Filled out all of my paper work and they have the police report. Their driver refused to comply and give a statement. Laura Martinez and Athena never returned a single call. Then after 90 days when I called and spoke to someone at the call center they told me that their company policy is not to pay any victims of their drivers when they don't have a statement from their driver, even after the 90 day limit. This company is sooooo trash. Do not I repeat do NOT do business with them! They give u the run around and are very unprofessional. You can never get in contact with anyone and they cancel your policy for stupid reasons. I was cancelled and still have no clue as to why I was cancelled. This company should be out of business. They are in the business of denying claims and they are getting rich with the people’s money Keeping it all. Keeping both the premiums and the claims payouts because they decline all the claims they can for the dumbest reasons. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life ! My alley flooded I had to drive through to get to the parking. The car stopped in the middle of the puddle. They denied my claim saying there was no proof of water inside my vehicle. Not sure what that has to do with anything. I sent in proof from two repair shops saying water got into the trans and TCM. This is THE WORST Insurance company EVER. I got into an accident in September, got rear ended! They came and got my car on the 17th (first red flag) why do you have to come get my car and take it to a garage to inspect it? Gave me the run around for MONTHS. This company has the absolute worst customer service that I've ever experienced. My grandson's car was totaled and we sent in the notarized letter and title as they instructed over two weeks ago. After not receiving the settlement check, we called them to see what was going on. When we finally reached a live person, who begrudgingly looked up our claim number, we were told they never received the title and we needed to speak with the adjuster, Krystal Gomez.
