Unprofessional staff, poor customer service,
Absolute waste of time. I sent them an email outlining my situation. I immediately got a call from Long Beach, an office located nearly 2 hours away from me & not the office I contacted or wanted. Because the call came so fast, I KNEW my email wasn’t read. The caller, Nancy, who never gave me her position with the company & could’ve been the cleaning lady for all I know, asked me questions as she typed them into her computer & all I could hear was her clicking away on her keyboard.
