John and Luis came to my parents house today to fix an electrical issue they were having. John asked several clever questions on our initial call and so when they got here they were 100% ready and fixed the issue even under the time he quoted us. John and Luis were very knowledgeable, precise and kind to work with. The office manager, Bobbi, was in communication with me as soon as she had info on the appt. And with a two-hour window, let me know a better time frame. Excellent customer service. The technician, Luis, was great! I was able to communicate with him via text. And when I met him at the property he was extremely professional and communicative. Five stars for sure! I would use them again hands down.

I contracted with this company to replace my electric panel. My experience has been very unsatisfactory. From having to call constantly to get responses about when the work would be done to the quality of the work. I’ve had issues since the box was installed a month ago!
