Now not only did I pay for the warranty and the service fee but also now I gotta hire a REAL professional to undo their mistake and redo the installation correctly. Very accommodating, responsive, and very professional. The technician are knowledgeable and quick to do the repair without wasting any time. I’ll recommend them to everybody five star is not enough for them, I’ll give them all the stars in the sky and the moon.
I had initially requested a quote from United Electric, and the quoter brought it to my attention that they are Tesla certified. Upon scheduling installation the installers were on top of their game. They knew exactly what they were doing and no second guessing. They were also very knowledgeable on EVs. I would 100% do business with them again. Great customer service.
