Initially I left a one star review due to pricing. Today, I had an issue. It’s a Saturday. Ace Jones, I’m sure he was off but likely on call to answer the phones. I had an issue, turned out to be my fault. But Ace elected to go all the way to my house to troubleshoot the problem. Let me also state the problem was MY fault, not the power company. I’ve updated my opinion all the 5 stars just based on the incredible service today. Thanks Ace!
Money hungry, Rude people I updated my card with them and I guess they had it wrong now I had to pay 150 for reconnect 🤬
Had a small outage in our neighborhood on a Friday evening. Called the outage line, my call was answered almost immediately and crews arrived shortly to find and fix the problem. Thanks
Well my power bill jumps massively day to do. From $8 a day to $15 a day. With previous history this had never been a problem. I called in today and asked for some advice. What can I do to minimize the expense. The response I got was a very condescending “watch it.” Well I have been watching it. That’s why I called. I’m not impressed with my level of service or cost associated currently.
