Terrible!!! I would give negative stars if I could! Turned to them for the first time in 20 years after giving them my money for that long I was met with an attitude of I was wasting their time. Tara Taylor was extremely insensitive and judgemental. She was the polar opposite of an advocate!! They just want to make money from their membership fees. Don't let the BBQ lunches fool you!
Do not waste your money on membership. I have received the worst representation and no access to attorneys. I was blocked from one representatives cell phone due to saying I felt they were coming across bias. The new representative I worked with, NEVER responded to emails. I had to chase him for information and then was lied to about assistance I would be receiving for unemployment hearing.
