I believe they over charged us so when I asked for the detail of the bill, they could not tell me anything but it was a flat fee and I needed to talk to my home warranty company who authorized the service. No detail for parts cost and the labor. I woke up to a sewage flood coming from my bathroom, I started calling around and UDT was the only company that would come out at this time, ****** and ***** was amazing, they calmed me down and let me know there going to take care of this problem, it was a emergency so I understand the prices but to be honest it wasn't that expensive like other companies, they pulled my toilet, snaked the main line and cleaned up, Sunny reset my toilet with a new seal and tested, they where done in 2 hours, ****** came back and gave me a fr... read more
