Thought I found my new doctor's office, not the case. My first visit went well , but developed side effects from the medication. I went back to ask for advice but was basically blown off and told that I just started the medication. But they did tell me that I could basically start over and pay more money to be seen for something caused by meds they had prescribed me.
Went in as a walk in and now I have found my new doctor!! Very friendly and thorough. I have seen alot of doctors and the ones at this office seems to really care about their patients. Hopefully I will never switch doctors again!! Some doctors treat you like a number. But here more like family!! Thank everyone of you!!
I would not recommend this office! Very rude and unprofessional! Pointing your fingers gyrating at customers is not professional!
We love Dr. Gibson and Carley but it is almost impossible to get refills on medication. My Mom has been with Dr. Gibson for 30 years but we are thinking of going to Dr. Smith since so much trouble getting her medicine. Well Carley left and the NP that took her place doesn't seem like she could care less if my Mom has her medicationor not. Call 3-4 times for her refills time after time. Mama has finally said enough is enough.
