I called this morning to purchase some pivot oil. Initially the receptionist said that she would have it ready for me when I got there. She later called me back to ask if I was related to "so and so." I am assuming this information came from caller ID, as I don't have the same last name as this individual and I stated that the name on the account would be my own and that I would be paying upon pick up.
