I hired Joe in December to make some repairs on my aunt motor home. He took the money and left her motor home in pieces on the ground in a hotel parking lot, damaged axel studs and even chipped the paint on her 40 ft motor home. I had to pay another company to come out and and do the repair . Joe said he would work out a refund, but since has avoided my calls and text, and blocked my number. I held off on making this review. Hoping something changed. Do not use this man as your mechanic. Joseph "Joe" Pressnell. He gave me one solid in the very first meeting. But we decided to use him cuz I'm mechanic. Each time I use them it took over 72 hours to make one small repair. When he goes to get a part he gets another call. He goes there and calls cuz you've already given him the pay for your repair. That's evidenced by call records I've It closed in this review. Truck broke down Saturday and our road service never showed up luckily joe was helping a driver at the same truck stop and came over to help when he was done he diagnosed the problem right away but we couldn't get the parts until Monday morning he had the truck running by noon on Monday price was reasonable and will call him again if we ever have trouble in the Phoenix area again thanks joe
