I was on hold for almost an hour for someone to pick up the phone an not say anything an hang up after I said hello a couple of times I honestly wasn't expecting that from a dentist office

When I had an allergic reaction to a temporary crown, she said "it's always something with you". She used some kind of glue instead and that cracked off, leaving a jagged edge which cut into my tongue. I called to see what to do and she was about to go on vacation so she told me to put wax on it. It's the tooth in the very back, there is no way wax will stay on. She left and I couldn't eat for a week. I had to go to another dentist just to get the sharp edge filed down. Then the crown she replaced broke off after a few weeks... read more
