Never received much training on the systems they installed, then when you have questions or a problem they bill you for the time they should have taken to help you understand and use their equipment. Overall bad experience and it continues with ongoing issues.
I use United Datacom Networks, Inc. for all of my big network and telecom projects. Their group is highly experienced, extremely organized, and very professional. I've used several other companies in my 15 years in the IT field and have never been as impressed with a group of people as I am with UDNI.
