Apparently the manager was there working today. The service was excellent, friendly, and the ice cream there is the best. The only complaint I have is the kiosk…I prefer personal service!
Cashier rang up our order all wrong when there was a deal for buy 1 pizza get 1 free and for malt and shakes you can buy an appetizer to go with making the order only $2 but when we left we had spend more than what we should have paid for. There was only one worker at the time and multiple customers and the worker was trying to get the other to show up but she never did.
Terrible customer service, cashier is awful to everyone she works with. They never have anything in stock, I’m talking eggs, milk, cheese, the basics you get at udf. Sad.
I have been here a few times and every time I'm there at least one employee is rude and they don't serve your orders at the same time. I Got a double scoop ice cream and one shake, I Got the double scoop and waited for the shake for so long (while they were serving people who ordered after me) that the double scoop melted and I had time to get some snacks before the shake was ready. And then I had to wait in line on top of that.
