Gone way downhill since the old manager left. Smells like sewage and seems like hardly any of the workers know how to make the ice cream anymore.
Apparently the manager was there working today. The service was excellent, friendly, and the ice cream there is the best. The only complaint I have is the kiosk…I prefer personal service!
Cashier rang up our order all wrong when there was a deal for buy 1 pizza get 1 free and for malt and shakes you can buy an appetizer to go with making the order only $2 but when we left we had spend more than what we should have paid for. There was only one worker at the time and multiple customers and the worker was trying to get the other to show up but she never did.
Terrible customer service, cashier is awful to everyone she works with. They never have anything in stock, I’m talking eggs, milk, cheese, the basics you get at udf. Sad.
